Payment may be made only after property verification and through official instructions issued by an authorised company representative. Official payment channels
Use only a verified payment link, QR code or bank account confirmed through an authorised Roseró channel. Roseró will never ask for an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or banking password. A payment is recognised only after realisation in the designated company account and issuance of an official acknowledgement.
Cancellation and refund
Any cancellation, adjustment or refund is determined only under the project-specific booking form, application, allotment letter, agreement and applicable law. The website does not create an independent refund entitlement. Processing time, deductions and documentation may vary according to those governing documents.
